No contact form, no account system, no login. There is nothing here to submit.
Your language comes from the URL. Choosing a language in the switcher stores a preference cookie for one year, used when you return to the bare domain. No IP-based language detection.
Visits are counted with Plausible Analytics: no cookie, no fingerprint, no cross-site profile, data held in the EU. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the device type.
Visit counting uses no analytics cookies. The language-preference cookie is set only when you choose a language.
Booking a call
The booking link takes you to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. What you enter there is processed under their terms and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
We use it to prepare for the call and to follow up. We do not add it to a marketing list.
Documents you share with us
No documents are shared through this website. Access is agreed separately, in writing.
During an engagement, confidential data is pseudonymised before analysis and reversed only in the final output. By default, analysis runs on Google Vertex AI in the EU, under a Data Processing Agreement. The model provider does not keep your documents or train on them.
Retention and deletion terms on our own side are set in the engagement agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Raise it on the call or reply to any email from us.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
